Molim lijepo. Btw papar i trava su u stvari i fini. Rigotina i rotten milk je stvarno izbljuv.

I married a Slovak girl. We lived together in Prague for years before moving to the US. In Texas, where I'm from, "Kolache/kolaches (plural)" are very popular. My wife gets so pissed when she hears someone refer to a single kolach as a kolache. Thought I'd share. Na zdravie!

But what is kolach/e for you? Or slovakian people? 🙂 For example in Bulgaria and Macedonia it means biscuits. And kolače is singular for them. 😉 In Croatia it can be anything from Madeleine to MilleFeuille or Mignons or Macarons for example. 🙂 Say Hello to your wife! 😉

A Kolache in Texas is a breakfast pastry that is usually wrapped around a sausage or a combination of sausage and something else like cheese/jalapenos.
